14K, aftermarket leather strap, cream dial with 1/4 CENTURY CLUB markers, manual wind (Cal. 710), screw-down crown, plastic crystal, Ref. 6422, ca. late 1950s, 34mm, Near Mint Plus
Rolex had a unique arrangement with a Canadian company, producing watches featuring a special dial exclusively for Eaton's, Canada's largest retailer. These timepieces weren't intended for public sale at Eaton's stores, but rather as tokens of appreciation for employees who had dedicated 25 years to the company.
Crafted in 14Kt gold, this custom practice began in the 1930s and lasted until the 1960s. Initially, the Rolex for Eaton's watches were rectangular Rolex Price models. Later, in the 1950s, Oyster references were introduced, specifically for the exclusive Quarter Century Club.
Unlike the typical double-signed Rolex watches, these pieces bear only the retailer's name, Eaton, alongside the distinctive "1/4 CENTURY CLUB" designation, presented with applied letters on the dial. This level of recognition was unique to Eaton's and wasn't extended to any other retailer by Rolex.

Warranty Info
Our used watches have a 90 day "good will" warranty covering the functions and the internal mechanics of the watch. We believe this gives plenty of time to realize any problem we may have missed beyond timing the watch on our timing machine. We like to keep our used watches priced competitively and the cost of warranting them for longer would result in higher prices...for a service most people don't ever use.
For your comfort, an optional one-year warranty is available on these pieces and is figured on an individual basis. Let us know if you would like this option.
Custom Parts:
Bernard Watch generally avoids watches with custom or aftermarket parts. Anything of this nature has been expressly highlighted in our description. The price of the watch already takes this into account.
